The Uncertainties 2023 is the result of a joint international cooperation effort of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) and the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Rouen (INSA Rouen) in the context of the partnership between the State of Ceará, in Brazil, and the Normandy region, in France. This initiative has the support of many collaborators from different institutions that, e.g., participate in the organizing and scientific committees of the event.
